Fine Arts

The fine arts are an essential part of our preschool program. Academy's guidelines include music, visual arts, and drama. Fine arts are considered to be an essential part of our heritage and civilization. Therefore, participation in this program is mandated for all students enrolled in our schools.

Music
The music guidelines emphasize the development of a student's ability to perform, create, and understand basic musical elements. Since music is a part of our everyday life, students are encouraged to participate in activities and to enjoy listening to music. They are taught to respond to music, to sing, and to play instruments.

Visual Arts
Our preschoolers are entering a period of creative expression, as they are encouraged to visualize their ideas through drawing, painting, and other hands-on materials. Students enjoy developing, expressing, interpreting, and evaluating visual images. They also learn about artists and varying forms of artistic expression. Most importantly, our preschoolers are learning about themselves!

Drama
Drama enables students to examine thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Our guidelines encourage students to express, create, and recreate images through various mediums such as storytelling, dramatic play improvisation, and acting.
